Group Events

Thank you for considering our courses for your group's event. We are here to make sure that your event runs as smoothly as possible, so feel free to contact us at any time if you have any questions or ideas. Here are some ideas that you may find helpful when planning your event.

Booking Your Group Event

Fill out our Event Request Form online or print out our 2012 Group Event Application (PDF) and mail to us. Thanks again for considering our courses for the site of your golf event. We want everything to run smoothly for you, so if you have any questions or problems, let us know.

Master Account Billing

The more things that you can pay for as a group, the smoother your event will run, the quality of the service we can provide is maximized and the players in your event will appreciate it. Payment is required immediately upon completion of the event. All groups of 20 or more must pay green fees and cart fees as a group. Punch passes cannot be used for groups of more than 12.

Driving Range Program

It is always a nice touch to include the driving range as part of your golf outing. It gives everyone the chance to warm up while waiting for his or her tee time, and players may hit as few or as many balls as they like. A special area with baskets of range balls will be ready and waiting for your players.

Prizes / Gift Certificates

We hope that you will consider our Pro Shop when you look at prizes for your event. Whether it is a tee package for all your players, gift certificates for winners, or door prizes, we feel that you will be pleased with the quality and price of our merchandise. It is also nice to know that your prizes will be ready and waiting for you at the site of your event, with no hassle.
